Publication Procedure

A simple and transparent process to publish your research work

Publication Fee Payment

After paper approval, authors are required to pay a publication fee of 30 USD (Non-Indian authors) or 1500 INR (Indian authors).

Send Payment Receipt

Authors must email the payment receipt to the journal’s official email address for verification.

Article Publication

Once verification is complete, your article will be published within 48 hours.

Publication Confirmation

You will receive the publication link and confirmation from the journal editorial board.

Article Processing Charges

  • Submissions to 8 Series Media Publication House International Journals are free of charge. Articles can be published without paying a publication charge.
  • The 8 Series Media Publication House International Journals publish all of their articles in a fully open access format
  • Papers approved after peer review are subject to an article processing charge (APC) of $30 (€30 for foreign authors) or INR 1500 for Indian authors
  • This fee covers the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management in addition to providing free access for
  • For manuscripts with more than four authors, an additional fee of 200 INR per author will be applicable for Indian authors and 10 USD per author for overseas authors style
  • After ten pages, each extra page costs 200 Indian rupees or 10 US dollars.

Refund Policy

Authors need to agree with our Refund Policy before payment of the article processing charge.

An author (he/she) is given sufficient time to decide whether to accept the article processing charges for publication of the manuscript in our journal (i.e., not at submission but after the time of acceptance of the article). Once the author(s) accepts the article processing charges, the respective journal of 8 Series Media Publication House initiates the production process for the revised manuscript. Therefore, no refund or cancellation will be considered after the completion of payment and final publication of the submitted manuscript.

Any kind of refund will not be issued if the author wants to withdraw/retract his/her paper from any 8 Series Media Publication House journals after completion of payment and after the final publication. After payment and publication, if the author wishes to withdraw his/her paper for revision and resubmission, then no refund will be provided from 8 Series Media Publication House.

No refunds or cancellation of debts will be issued if the paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.
